1. Who we are

TNA Sports Agency ("TNA", "we") operates tnasportsagency.com, an international sports recruitment and career platform for coaches, players, parents and academies.

2. What we collect

• Account details — name, email, WhatsApp number, nationality, country, sport, gender and account type, when you create an account.
• Profile & career data — your coaching or playing profile, CV, photos, documents you upload, rankings or academic details (players), preferences and availability.
• Applications & activity — the roles or scholarships you apply to, membership status, content you open in the Learning Hub, and consultation requests.
• Technical data — basic, anonymous usage events (pages viewed, buttons used) so we can improve the platform. We do not sell this data.

3. How we use it

• To run your account, membership and applications, and to present your profile to academies and employers when you apply or ask TNA to represent you.
• To match you with opportunities, including through the TNA AI advisor, and to send you service emails such as new-role alerts (which you can switch off in Account Settings).
• To provide member education and, only with your explicit consent, to introduce you to a partner such as Wimbledon Wealth.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. TNA never stores your card details; Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

5. Where your data lives

Your account, profile, documents and applications are stored securely with our database and storage provider (Supabase). Uploaded CVs and documents are private — visible only to you and the TNA team. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

6. Sharing

We share your profile with academies and employers only in the course of an application or representation you have chosen. We share your details with a partner only when you ask us to and tick the consent box. We never sell personal data.

7. Your rights

You can view and edit your data at any time in your profile, and you can ask us to export or delete your account by emailing us. We will respond promptly.

8. Young athletes

Player accounts for athletes under 18 should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We treat the data of young athletes with particular care and use it only for the scholarship and development purposes you have requested.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves; the date above shows the latest version.
