How quickly can TNA find a coach?

Shortlists usually arrive within days of a clear brief — sport, level, start date and package. Senior or very specialised roles can take longer.

How much does it cost to hire a coach through TNA?

Choose one of three models: Option A, a $499.99 monthly retainer with unlimited candidates and no per-hire fee; Option B, 10% of the coach’s monthly salary paid monthly for 12 months; or Option C, 50% of the first month’s salary as a single payment. Options B and C include a free replacement guarantee.

What happens if a coach doesn’t work out?

Options B and C include a free replacement guarantee: TNA finds you a replacement coach at no extra cost.

Do you help with work visas?

TNA confirms each candidate’s visa status and supports visa-aware onboarding. The employer sponsors the visa, and immigration decisions are made by the authorities.
