Pay and packages
Monthly pay on the 6 live roles runs from about $1,100 to $7,000 (converted to USD). City roles in places like Singapore pay the highest salaries, while island resort roles usually include food, accommodation and flights.
Work permits by country
- Singapore: the employer applies for your work pass (an Employment Pass or S Pass, depending on salary and qualifications).
- Malaysia: an Employment Pass sponsored by the employer.
- Japan: a work visa sponsored by the employer, based on your role and qualifications.
- Maldives and Indonesia: the resort or club arranges your work permit — in Indonesia this is the KITAS.
