No. The guarantee applies only to candidates TNA formally approves for the Guaranteed Placement Track. TNA reviews every applicant first and only accepts candidates when their background, expectations and work authorization fit real employer demand.
No. The TNA USA Career Membership is a career-development and opportunity-access product: your professional profile, the USA opportunity database, applications, interview preparation, resources and ongoing support. It is optional, and it is not a payment for guaranteed employment. The Guaranteed Placement Track is a separate programme that you apply for.
No. TNA does not guarantee OPT, visas, H-1B, sponsorship or permanent residency, and does not provide legal or immigration advice. Some employers may discuss sponsorship case by case — that is always the employer’s decision.
OPT employment generally must be directly related to your major area of study. TNA only proposes roles that can appropriately relate to your field of study, and you should confirm your individual eligibility with your Designated School Official.
