Padel coaching is booming
Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and clubs are opening faster than they can find qualified coaches. Padel roles on the TNA board are currently in Istanbul, Jakarta, Bali, Semarang and Dubai — from head-coach and programme-lead positions to combined tennis and padel roles.
Who gets hired
- Coaches with a padel coaching qualification from a national federation
- Former competitive padel players — tour or national-level experience stands out
- Tennis coaches who have added a padel qualification; many clubs want coaches who can teach both
- Spanish plus English is a strong combination in most padel markets
Pay and packages
Monthly pay on the 3 live roles runs from about $2,000 to $4,000 (converted to USD). Programme-lead roles can add housing, visa support and pay for extra hours.
Moving from tennis to padel
It is one of the most common routes into padel coaching. Racquet skills, feeding and group management transfer directly, but the walls, the tactics and the technique are different — a padel-specific course and time on court are worth it before you apply.
