1. The platform

TNA Sports Agency provides an international sports career platform: verified coaching opportunities, professional profiles, one-click applications, TNA AI matching, the TNA Learning Hub, career resources, partner benefits, scholarship pathways for players and, optionally, active representation by a TNA agent.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is free. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Academies and employers request coaches through our academy channels rather than through a coach account.

3. Membership

• A membership is a one-time payment for a fixed period (6 or 12 months) at the price and in the currency shown at checkout. It activates on payment and does not renew automatically.
• An active membership includes platform and job access, applications, your professional profile, TNA AI matching, member webinars, the Learning Hub, selected partner education content, career resources and member benefits, as described on the site at the time of purchase. Partner inclusions always reflect our current agreement with each partner.
• When a membership expires, your account and history stay; member-only content, applications that require an active membership and partner benefits are locked until you renew.
• A membership gives access to opportunities; it does not guarantee a job offer, interview, visa, scholarship or any financial outcome.

4. Representation (Contract)

Coaches who choose TNA Representation sign a representation agreement. TNA actively presents them to its network for the agreed period. A placement fee is charged as a percentage of the coach’s monthly salary for the first 12 months only, and only for a role TNA arranges (currently 5% for racket sports and fitness, 10% for soccer, as stated at checkout). No placement fee applies to a plain membership.

5. Scholarship membership

The scholarship membership for players and student-athletes is a one-time payment for the stated period and allows unlimited applications to suitable opportunities available through TNA. Scholarship outcomes depend on the athlete’s level, academics, timing, budget and each institution’s requirements — TNA provides access, evaluation, guidance and support, not guaranteed placement.

6. Learning Hub content

Member content, webinars, recordings and downloads are for your personal professional use. Please do not share, redistribute or publish member-only recordings or links. Premium partner courses shown on the site are purchased directly from the partner under the partner’s own terms.

7. Partner introductions

Where you request an introduction to a partner (for example a financial-wellness consultation with Wimbledon Wealth), TNA shares your details with that partner only with your consent. TNA is not a financial adviser and does not provide investment, tax, pension or immigration advice; any advice is provided by the partner and its appropriately regulated professionals. TNA may be compensated for introductions.

8. Refunds

Membership fees pay for platform access for the stated period from the moment of activation. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will review your case individually and promptly.

9. Acceptable use

Provide truthful profile information, treat academies, coaches and the TNA team professionally, and do not use the platform to send unsolicited messages or to copy listings.
