Hiring foreign coaches for an academy in China

  • Work permits. Foreign coaches need a work permit and a Z visa, which usually requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant experience, a criminal-record certificate and a medical check. Tell us your requirements and we focus the shortlist on coaches who can realistically qualify.
  • Competitive packages. Many international coaches expect accommodation or a housing allowance, return flights and the work visa on top of salary.
  • A clear workload. State coaching hours or sessions per month and the contract length — coaches compare these closely.
  • High-performance roles. ATP- or WTA-level coaches sit at the top of the market, so budget accordingly.
  • Language. Most international coaches work in English; tell us if Mandarin is required.
