Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data as an international sports career platform.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who we are
TNA Sports Agency ("TNA", "we") is operated by TNA Sports Corp. (California, USA), doing business as TNA Recruiting, and runs tnasportsagency.com, an international sports recruitment and career platform for coaches, players, parents and academies.
2. What we collect
- Account details — name, email, WhatsApp number, nationality, country, sport, gender and account type, when you create an account.
- Profile & career data — your coaching or playing profile, CV, photos, documents you upload, rankings or academic details (players), preferences and availability.
- Signed agreements — when you sign a TNA agreement online: the agreement and its version, your typed signature, the date and your browser details, your request to start during the 14-day cancellation period and, for the TNA Student-Athlete Scholarship Agreement, the athlete’s name and date of birth and, for a minor athlete, the parent or guardian’s name, relationship and typed signature.
- Applications & activity — the roles or scholarships you apply to, membership status, content you open in the Learning Hub, and consultation requests.
- Website statistics — the pages you open, the buttons, links and filters you use, which forms you start or send (never what you type into them), how far you scroll and how long a page is on your screen, the site or app that sent you (e.g. Google or Instagram, and any campaign tag in the link), your approximate country, device type and browser language.
3. How we use it
- To run your account, membership and applications, and to present your profile to academies and employers when you apply or ask TNA to represent you.
- To match you with opportunities and to send you service emails such as new-role alerts (which you can switch off in Account Settings).
- To provide member education and, only with your explicit consent, to introduce you to a partner such as Wimbledon Wealth.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. TNA never stores your card details; Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
5. Where your data lives
Your account, profile, documents and applications are stored securely with our database and storage provider (Supabase). Uploaded CVs and documents are private — visible only to you and the TNA team. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.
6. Website statistics (no cookies)
We measure our own website ourselves, without cookies or third-party analytics. To count how many different people visit each day, our server combines your IP address and browser type with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, and keeps only the resulting code — never your IP address. Your country is worked out at the same moment (from our hosting provider’s network data or your device’s time-zone setting) and only the country is kept. Because the daily value is deleted, we cannot recognise you on another day.
Detailed records are deleted after 60 days; after that we keep only daily totals, for up to 25 months (breakdowns of individual clicks and page-to-page paths, for up to 4 months). Only TNA’s management can see these statistics, which are stored with Supabase. They can see anonymous visits (one daily code, never a name) with the pages opened, to the nearest 10 minutes; for a visit in which someone signs up, applies, pays, sends a form or contacts us, only a summary is shown, so it is never matched to the named record it created. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, these website statistics don’t record your visits, and you can switch them off on this device here:
We also remember in your browser’s local storage the site or campaign that first brought you to us, so we know how you found us if you later apply or join. When you create an account you may choose to connect the visit in which you signed up to your profile (how you found us, your country and device type, and the pages of that visit); this is optional, it is kept with your account until you delete the account or ask us to remove it, and if someone else used the same internet connection at the same moment only the sign-up page itself is connected.
Separately from these statistics: when you are signed in, opening the membership page or a checkout is noted in your account so our team can help you, and student-athlete profiles count views once per device per day, using a scrambled network code that is deleted after three days.
7. Sharing
We share your profile with academies and employers only in the course of an application or representation you have chosen. For student-athletes, we share the athlete profile and application details with universities and their coaching staff in the course of the applications and introductions the athlete chooses, share uploaded documents with a university only when the athlete asks us to, and, after TNA review, publish the profile in the TNA Student-Athlete Network at the visibility the athlete chooses (phone number and email are never shown there). We share your details with a partner only when you ask us to and tick the consent box. We never sell personal data.
Employer roles and employer accounts
When you apply to an employer’s role on TNA, your application goes to TNA first, and we show you the organisation’s name before you confirm. If TNA puts you forward, that organisation’s hiring team sees your TNA profile — your first name and the initial of your last name, photo, experience, certifications, languages, availability, relocation preference and public video — and, where you have agreed, your CV. TNA never gives employers your email, phone or WhatsApp, and contact details you type into your profile are hidden from them; TNA arranges interviews. Only if you accept an offer, and only with your agreement, does TNA introduce you and the employer directly. TNA may also put you forward for a role you have not applied to, but only with your agreement or under your TNA representation agreement.
For employer accounts we store the organisation’s details, the name, job title, work email and phone of each person on the account, the roles posted and the hiring team’s notes, ratings and decisions on the candidates TNA sends. We use them to run the employer account, verify the organisation, publish its roles and send the emails the account has chosen.
8. Your rights
You can view and edit your data at any time in your profile, and you can ask us to export or delete your account by emailing us. We will respond promptly.
9. Young athletes
Player accounts for athletes under 18 should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We treat the data of young athletes with particular care and use it only for the scholarship and development purposes you have requested.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves; the date above shows the latest version.
