1. The platform

TNA Sports Agency is operated by TNA Sports Corp. (California, USA), doing business as TNA Recruiting. It provides an international sports career platform: verified coaching opportunities, professional profiles, one-click applications, opportunity matching, the TNA Learning Hub, career resources, partner benefits, scholarship pathways for players and active representation by a TNA agent for coaches.

2. Accounts

Creating an account is free. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Academies, clubs and other employers use a separate, free employer account (see Employer accounts).

3. Membership

  • A membership is a one-time payment for a fixed period (6 or 12 months) at the price and in the currency shown at checkout. It activates on payment and does not renew automatically.
  • An active membership includes platform and job access, applications, your professional profile, opportunity matching, member webinars, the Learning Hub, selected partner education content, career resources and member benefits, as described on the site at the time of purchase. Partner inclusions always reflect our current agreement with each partner.
  • When a membership expires, your account and history stay; member-only content, applications that require an active membership and partner benefits are locked until you renew.
  • A membership gives access to opportunities; it does not guarantee a job offer, interview, visa, scholarship or any financial outcome.

4. Coach plans

Coaches choose a 6-month (€250) or 12-month (€325) plan and sign the TNA Coach Representation Agreement for that term (6 months / 12 months). During the term a TNA agent actively represents them and they have full platform access. Placement terms are set out in the agreement — please read it before you sign. TNA does not guarantee a job, interview, salary or visa.

Coaches sign the agreement online before they pay; if a plan is activated another way (for example by bank transfer), the coach signs it in their TNA account. Coaches whose current membership was signed under the earlier terms keep those terms until that membership ends. Golf representation opens soon: TNA takes no payment from a golf coach until it has started.

5. Scholarship membership

The scholarship membership for players and student-athletes is a one-time payment for the stated period and allows unlimited applications to suitable opportunities available through TNA. Scholarship outcomes depend on the athlete’s level, academics, timing, budget and each institution’s requirements — TNA provides access, evaluation, guidance and support, not guaranteed placement.

The TNA Scholarship Membership is provided under the TNA Student-Athlete Scholarship Agreement. The athlete signs it before paying — together with a parent or legal guardian if the athlete is under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where they live, if that is higher). A minor’s agreement binds only once the parent or guardian has also accepted it. If a membership is activated another way (for example by bank transfer), the agreement is signed in the TNA account.

6. Learning Hub content

Member content, webinars, recordings and downloads are for your personal professional use. Please do not share, redistribute or publish member-only recordings or links. Premium partner courses shown on the site are purchased directly from the partner under the partner’s own terms.

7. Partner introductions

Where you request an introduction to a partner (for example a financial-wellness consultation with Wimbledon Wealth), TNA shares your details with that partner only with your consent. TNA is not a financial adviser and does not provide investment, tax, pension or immigration advice; any advice is provided by the partner and its appropriately regulated professionals. TNA may be compensated by these partners for introductions.

8. Refunds and cancellation

Fees pay for the services for the stated period from the moment of activation and are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will review your case individually and promptly. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may cancel within 14 days after signing by emailing agency@tnasportscorp.com; if you asked us to start during those 14 days, we may keep an amount for the services already provided. If TNA ends a plan without cause, we refund the unused whole months. The signed agreement sets out the full terms.

9. Acceptable use

Provide truthful profile information, treat academies, coaches and the TNA team professionally, and do not use the platform to send unsolicited messages or to copy listings.

10. Employer accounts

  • An employer account is free. It is for organisations that hire sports professionals (academies, clubs, resorts, schools, federations and other sports organisations). The person who registers must be authorised to act for the organisation.
  • Post only real, current roles that your organisation is hiring for, with accurate details. TNA may verify your organisation and may edit, pause, reject, remove or close any role at any time, for example to keep the opportunities board accurate.
  • Do not include requirements based on nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, age or other protected characteristics. Where a role needs a specific language or legal work status, state the actual business requirement.
  • Applications to your role go to TNA first. TNA reviews them and decides which candidates to send to you; TNA may also put forward suitable professionals from the TNA network.
  • Candidates TNA introduces are contacted, interviewed and hired through TNA. TNA shares a candidate’s contact details with you only after the candidate has accepted your offer, and only with the candidate’s agreement.
  • Use candidate information only to recruit for the role through TNA. Do not copy, share or keep it for any other purpose.
  • Any bespoke service outside the normal platform is agreed separately and in writing before anything is charged.
