  • Their target position is appropriate for their profile
  • There is sufficient employer demand
  • Their location expectations are reasonable
  • Their compensation expectations are realistic
  • They have or expect appropriate U.S. work authorization
  • Their proposed employment can appropriately relate to their field of study
