TNA reviews every applicant first

Applying doesn’t give you a place automatically. TNA accepts a candidate onto the Guaranteed Placement Track only when:

  • Your professional background meets employer requirements
  • Your target position is appropriate for your profile
  • There is sufficient employer demand
  • Your location expectations are reasonable
  • Your compensation expectations are realistic
  • You have or expect appropriate U.S. work authorization
  • Your proposed employment can appropriately relate to your field of study

For candidates formally accepted into the Guaranteed Placement Track, TNA commits to providing the placement service described in the programme’s written Guarantee Terms. Every condition is written out in plain language, not hidden in fine print.

Is a job guaranteed for everyone who applies?

No. The guarantee applies only to candidates TNA formally approves for the Guaranteed Placement Track. TNA reviews every applicant first and only accepts candidates when their background, expectations and work authorization fit real employer demand.

Does the €350 membership guarantee me a job?

No. The TNA USA Career Membership is a career-development and opportunity-access product: your professional profile, the USA opportunity database, applications, interview preparation, resources and ongoing support. It is optional, and it is not a payment for guaranteed employment. The Guaranteed Placement Track is a separate programme that you apply for.

Does TNA sponsor visas or H-1B?

No. TNA does not guarantee OPT, visas, H-1B, sponsorship or permanent residency, and does not provide legal or immigration advice. Some employers may discuss sponsorship case by case — that is always the employer’s decision.

Does my job have to relate to my degree?

OPT employment generally must be directly related to your major area of study. TNA only proposes roles that can appropriately relate to your field of study, and you should confirm your individual eligibility with your Designated School Official.

Where could I be placed?

Possible markets include California, Florida, Texas, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Arizona, North Carolina and Illinois, and other U.S. locations. TNA does not promise a specific city — flexible location and realistic salary expectations widen the roles you can be matched with.

What happens if I am not accepted onto the Guaranteed Placement Track?

You keep your free TNA profile and can still browse and apply to USA opportunities yourself. If your profile fits but the current intake is full, TNA can place you on the waitlist for the next intake.

Who pays for the placement?

Employers work with TNA through recruitment and placement agreements. The Guaranteed Placement Track is admission by application and approval — it is not something a candidate buys.
